How to enter:
1. Drop your entry form in ballot boxes at participating Dartmouth Crossing retailers, or simply fill out the online form above to enter the "$750 Shopping Spree" from January 17, 2012 to July 18, 2012. No purchase is necessary to enter.
2. All required fields must be completed in order for entry to be considered valid.
3. Limit of one paper ballot or one online entry per person per day only (no duplicates accepted). Any persons with additional ballots will be automatically disqualified.
4. Anyone can enter, with the exception of employees of Dartmouth Crossing, Dartmouth Crossing’s retailers, and Dartmouth Crossing’s adjacent land owners.
5. The contest closes at 9am, July 18th, 2012.
Prize:
6. One prize will be awarded as a $750 Shopping Spree, to be used within stores in The Village Shops at Dartmouth Crossing area only, excludes Big Box retailers, Hampton Inn & Suites, Empire Theatres, Costco, CIBC, Moxie’s Classic Grill, and a member of staff from Dartmouth Crossing will accompany the winner as a personal shopper throughout the maximum 1 hour duration of their shopping spree. Shopping spree to be used within thirty (30) days of winner being notified at a scheduled time mutually convenient to both parties.
7. Prize is not transferable or refundable, and no cash provided if less than $750 spent.
Prize Draw:
8. A random draw will take place at the completion of the contest; contest closes at 9am on July 18th, 2012. All paper ballots and online forms will be combined, and the draw will take place at 12pm on July 19th, 2012. The selected entrant will be notified by telephone. If the selected entrant does not respond to the telephone call in 10 days, the entrant will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected as the eligible prize winner.
9. The contest prize winner will be announced on Dartmouth Crossing’s website: dartmouthcrossing.com, and on Dartmouth Crossing’s social media sites, Facebook – http://www.facebook.com/DartmouthCrossing and Twitter - http://twitter.com/DartmouthXing
10. All entries become the property of Dartmouth Crossing.
11. The Winner agrees to have photographs taken for Dartmouth Crossing’s publicity purposes.
